Best Christmas Ever

On Sunday, December 9, we begin our Christmas series, “Best Christmas Ever”.

In our culture, the “Best Christmas Ever” may mean that all the stars in our lives are aligned: family is perfect or at least getting along; there is enough money to have a pile of gifts under the tree; health is good and everyone is home for Christmas. But what if even in the mess of life we could have the “Best Christmas Ever?” All the stars were not aligned on that first Christmas morning (though there was a star). The world was a mess, and yet, God showed up anyway.

During this series, let’s slow down and take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas and consider, “What would make this the ‘Best Christmas Ever’?”
