June 25-28, 2017
A camp designed to help students in grades 8-12 to learn about their talents and strengths as they practice servant leadership.
Students who attend the camp will become competent in understanding and articulating their strengths. They will have an opportunity to practice servant leadership and connect with many leaders in our metro area. Students will be immersed in leadership principles in an active learning environment.
The camp will be directed by Dr. Steve Gahagen, who has a doctorate in strengths-based leadership from Bethel Seminary in cooperation with Gallup University. Many of the camp staff are trained as strengths coaches and facilitate strengths-mentoring clubs in local schools.
Students will receive a certificate of completion at the close of the camp. Completion of the Leadership Camp is something students should include in college and job applications.
COST: $100 (includes all meals and training materials)
Begins Sunday, June 25th @ 7 p.m. and concludes Wednesday the 28th at 10 a.m. on the campus of Prairie Oak Community Church.
